LEGACY MANUFACTURING
WARRANTY
Legacy Manufacturing warrants the products it manufactures against defective workmanship for twelve (12) consecutive months and from structural defects for thirty-six (36) consecutive months from the date of sale to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Legacy Manufacturing DOES NOT warrant in any way other attachments or accessories manufactured by other companies which may be attached to and thereby become a part of the product manufactured and sold by Legacy Manufacturing. Such other attachments and accessories are in general covered by the warranty or warranties of the company which manufactured them.
Under no circumstances will this Legacy Manufacturing warranty cover any product or component thereof, which, in the opinion of the company, has been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading or use for non-designed purpose), unauthorized modifications, alterations, an accident or if repairs have been made with parts other than those obtained through, or made by, Legacy Manufacturing.
Legacy Manufacturing in no way warrants tires or rims since their respective manufacturers warrant these items separately.
Legacy Manufacturing products are designed for, and restricted to, farm use only. Any use beyond this invalidates this warranty.
Our obligations under this warranty are be limited to repair or replace, free of charge to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, any part that, in our judgment, shows evidence of such defect, when presented within thirty (30) days from the date of failure to Legacy Manufacturing at 7510 Highway 60, Irvington, KY 40146 and to repair any structural defects, free of charge to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, that, in our judgment, were not caused by misuse or abuse of the product.
This warranty shall not be interpreted to render Legacy Manufacturing liable for injury or damages of any kind or nature to person or property. This warranty does not extend to the loss of crops, loss of production, loss because of delay in harvesting, or any expense or loss incurred for labor, substitute machinery, rental nor for any other reason.
Except as set forth above, Legacy Manufacturing shall have no obligation or liability of any kind on account of any of its equipment and shall not be liable for special or consequential damages. Legacy Manufacturing makes no other warranty, expresses or implied, and, specifically, Legacy Manufacturing disclaims any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty is subject to any existing conditions of supply that may directly affect our ability to obtain materials or manufacture replacement parts.
Legacy Manufacturing reserves the right to make improvements in design or changes in specifications at any time, without incurring any obligation to owners of a previously sold unit or units.
No one is authorized to alter, modify or enlarge this warranty nor its exclusions, limitations and reservations.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
